This page records significant updates to calculators and rate information on CalculatorsCanada.ca. It helps visitors see when important values, calculation rules, or supporting explanations were reviewed.
GST and HST calculators are maintained on their own domains and have separate update logs. This page covers the Canadian calculators and information published on CalculatorsCanada.ca.
Our calculators are designed for estimates and general information. Tax calculators use the current tax-year rules unless a page specifically identifies historical information. Historical rate tables and charts are informational and are not used to calculate a prior-year result.

How updates are handled
When an official rate or rule changes, we review the affected calculator, update the supporting page, test the relevant calculation paths, and record the change here when it is significant. The date shown is the date the update was published or verified on this site; the effective date of a tax or rate change is listed separately when it matters.
For the latest values, use the relevant calculator or rate page and follow its source links. Results are estimates and should not replace advice from the CRA, a provincial or territorial tax authority, lender, or financial professional.
